Plus range, metronome and bluetooth headphones

Quick question.

I'm toying with the idea of upgrading from a 5 to 5 plus. For those of you who run with headphones, does the metronome beep-beep-beep play through the headphones?

I just checked and the metronome does not play through the headphones. Weird.

That's a shame. I'm fed up of struggling to hear the metronome while running near traffic

Same issue. Either I can run with my headphones and music or I can listen to metronome beeps... weird behavior. ideally if the user has bluetooth headphone connected all the aural information should be routed through headphones
