Read only Fenix 5 Plus file structure

On my Fenix 5 I simply opened the beta ZIP and could cut and paste new beta files into the appropriate folders on the watch, however the folders in the Fenix 5 Plus seem to be read only and are greyed out so that I can't cut and paste or drag n drop beta files onto the watch. I have tried the properties but that does not see to help. Other are obviously coping new beta files onto the Fenix 5 Plus, so please let me know how you are doing it?
BTW my computer OS is Windows 10

If you haven't done an extract of the zip file (unzip it), try that and copy the unzipped version of the file.

Yes, on windows, and since the watch is an MTP devices, it doesn't work if you try to copy/paste a file in a .zip directly to the watch. It does work on devices that are seen as a drive under windows (non music devices)
