Twice I have synced a playlist and both times the watch has displayed 'sync complete' and then gone to a black screen. The only thing I can do at that point is turn the backlight on and off. I have to perform a reset by holding power for 15 seconds.
Once the watch is turned back on the playlists work find and I have no more issues.

a 3 month trial is quite generous.
Never got an email and did not get any code and I have both a 645M and a 5+. Any way anyone knows to request the 3 month trial?
