Titanium wrist bands on Amazon

I purchased this stainless steel one for my 935 https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B0753FYHWN/ref=oh_aui_search_detailpage?ie=UTF8&psc=1 I was happy with the quality but could not adjust it to be sufficiently snug on the wrist for the HRM to work so I don't use it. I have slim wrist for a man but far from minute. The quality and construction seemed good but just not practical for me due to the sizing

Hi Darius I got an excellent experience with a Notocity Titanium Band bought on amazon.
The same shown on your Amazon link by the way!
Very confortable and scratchproof which is a must for a 50 euros titanium band. Titanium being known to be strong but soft and on my previous watches: a scratch magnet.

After two months of wearing I don't have a single scratch or mark or anything !
Just perfect for a tool watch and at a quarter of the Garmin OEM price.

Also beware the butterfly clasp is not titanium but stainless steel as shown on my link on the 4th picture:

Oh and the resize tool. I have had the band resized by a jeweler for free.

Also beware of stainless steel band which can really jam the electronical compass on the Garmin.
Even back in the 90's Casio (first to put electronical compass in a watch) on their Protrek and Pathfinder always recommended to find a Titanium or resin band...
I have used a stainless steel band on my 5X and it was OK but I have bouught another for my 5XPlus and it was paralyzing the compass. Then I have bought the Notocity Titanium...

I purchased two silicone bands from Amazon and they're pretty good so far.

A Blue one:

A Grey one:

These are both good bands and come in more colors, but I wanted to mention that the grey one is *softer* than the blue one. It stretches more than the blue one. The blue one is actually a little more malleable than the stock black Garmin band.

When I ordered them both I hadn't initially noticed the grey one actually says "soft" silicone. I typically like a firmer band, but for those of you who may need to really crank down the band to keep HR accurate the softer band might be more comfortable. For $14 it's not a whole lot of risk if you don't like it.

I purchased a few 3rd party silicone bands on amazon when I first got my 5x. I ended up sending them back as the connection to the watch was not nearly as secure as the Garmin bands. The buckles were also held on via a press fit system rather than the beefy torx screws you see on the Garmin versions. The savings didn't seem worth the risk to me.

I've purchased most of the colors and the metal band (stainless steel, not titanium) from ANCOOL on Amazon. I have been very pleased with them since using them on my fenix 3 and now 5X+. I have both the older style and the newer quick release and feel the quality is equally as good on both styles.

They are also a near match to my Oakley earsock replacements so I can coordinate. :)

LOL Fenix 5 Plus is 22mm and you need a 26mm. Check that before bidding. :-D
