2 months ago I got a 5+. After an initial issue with the maps the clock is going not bad, at least for my use.
I usually enjoy it walking in Alps.
I post this to ask you an advise.
Beyond walking ad climbing mountins I do very often air rifle shoting sessions. This sport is all against dynamic. It’ very important the concentration ad the absence of stress.
Do you have any idea how to build an activity than is measuring with high frequency the heart and the stress activity?
