HR broadcast is stopped after a few minutes

fenix5+ broadcasts HR to Edge820 during an activity, but after a few minutes the HR broadcast is stopped.
I found that when bluetooth on my android XPERIA is turned off, the HR broadcasting resumes.

Is Garmin Connect Mobile the cause of this issue?

I am experiencing the same issue, good to know that the BT connection to phone might be the issue.

Additionally, in my environment, this issue occurs in activity HR broadcast mode, but there is no issue in Normal HR broadcast mode.

I have also noticed a problem broadcasting HR to Zwift. It initially picks up the HR, then stops around 2 mins. I thought the problem might be the ANT connection as I was also having lots of ANT dropouts from my smart trainer to Zwift. So I have just been using bluetooth to connect my trainer to Zwift, but broadcasting HR is still an issue

This issue may be fixed by 4.65 beta software.

Unfortunately, since my fenix5 is APAC model, I cannot check this beta software.

There is this issue in my XPERIA XZ2 of Bluetooth 5.0, but is not this issue in my XPERIA XZ of Bluetooth 4.2.
