Unclear data for a Watch Face

Hi,

When customizing data on my watch face, I stumbled upon couple of which I don't understand the meaning. Does anyone know these?

The one with arrow -- no idea, what that might be showing.

The one with flame and number -- looks like some sort of calories burnt count? But what exactly? This 899 showed up in the morning before I could actually burn any calories. ;)

0 hr -- looks like active hours counter. Is it a number of active hours during the day so far?

stopwatch -- I have no idea, what that one might be showing.

First one is an indicator of the barometer trend. It shows if the barometric pressure is constant, rising or falling (and some combinations of these three over time).

The second one is probably total calories. Which is quite useless since one can't really influence most of those anyway. If it could be configured to show active calories instead, that would be useful.

No. 3 and 4 I can't help you with.
