Garmin Coach

The Garmin coach came out a few months ago for the vívoactive 3, Forerunner 645, Forerunner 935 watches. (https://connect.garmin.com/en-US/features/coach)

I was just curious if there were any plans to implement this feature with the Fenix 5 and, if so, when.

I switched from a Vivoactive 3 to a 5+ about a month ago and it was available out of the box.

Thank you, I just checked and see it available in the GCM app. I last checked in the app a few weeks ago and it wasn't there, guess I should have checked again before asking. I assumed they would announce it somewhere so I was waiting to see something before checking again.

It's under the Training item in the apps main menu.

I have the 5+ and I don't see any 'Coach' option under Training. According to the Garmin link I don't think it's available on the 5+.

I have the 5+ and I have access to the coach option on both my Android GCM app and on the website. My girlfriend has a 5s and an iPhone and can only access the coach training on the website.

Hello together,

thank you for pointing out that this is also available for the Fenix 5. Until I saw this threat I thought this feature would be exclusively to the Vivoactive and Forerunner series.

I can confirm that Garmin Coach is available with my Fenix 5+ on iOS.

Hmmm, I wonder why my girlfriend's Fenix 5s didn't show the Coach Training option in her IOS app, but it did give her the option on the website. What version of the app do you have installed?
