Incorrect HR zones in activities

I tried to Google this before and couldn't find exact the same issue. But if there is already about it in theforum sorry in advance.
My Fenix 5 plus is showing incorrect HR zones in activities. It is set based on lth which in my case is 176 at the moment. I don't have different zones for running or other sports. Had a run this morning with average 172hr and top 189hr. Clearly running in zone 5 for a while but garnin connect shows that I didn't even touch zone 5. I thought it might be connect issue but watch shows the same. Anyone has similar problem? Training effect looks like is ok but hr zones are not. Btw it started after upgrade to 4.20 as before it was fine.
  • It is common for your watch heart rate zones to reset when you perform a software update. Update your zones in Connect and connect mobile and then make sure you sync them to your watch after any software update.
  • I checked mobile connect, connect and watch itself. All look the same. Just in case I have reset hr zones. I will have run tomorrow and see if there is any change... Thanks for your input guys.
  • Update: software updated to 4.59 then rechecked the zones and run. This time zones were recorded correctly. Thanks guys for help.
