How to estimate Fitness-Level during Warmup?

I think it's not faire to estimate my fitness during warmup?
the normal training Session is devided in 3 parts - warmup, main theme and cool down. So IT's much netter, to analyse the main part!
Is their any solution to get correct informations for these three parts. If I run f.e. my 10km (in a separate main theme) in 05:00 min\km = 50min. it's different including warm Up time Like 2km in 06:00 min\km....then it ist 52:00min...different for everything the watch is calculating Like Vo2, threehold, fitness.
I wonder If I'm alone with these aspects?
