No GPS.... ever.

Hope someone can help.

My f5x plus can’t find any GPS signal. I’ve had the watch now for a week.

I have done all updates.... no luck.

i updated to the Beta version... no luck

went back to 3.1... no luck

reset.... no luck

hard reset... no luck

please help....

Call Garmin support and they'll walk you through some troubleshooting steps. It sounds like you might have a faulty device.

Ok, if you have tried to catch satelites with starting an app which is using gps and the app (I think you have already done this) didn´t receive satelites, your gps fw is broken and you have to contact the customer service...

Perhaps this work: unzip the gps fw 2.20 from the attached folder, put it in the "remote sw" folder on your watch. But on your own risk...
