How to Export Saved Waypoints

I'm trying to figure out how to export saved locations / waypoints from my 5 Plus to Basecamp or a similar app. Does anyone know how to do it? I saved a bunch of locations while trail building and I basically want to export those to a gpx file so that I can view and manipulate them.

Use basecamp. Sync the watch content to your computer and then you can export selected items from basecamp.

I just actually got it working. Choosing Device->Receive from Device... does the trick. Thanks.

What about via BT other than Garmin Explore ? Maybe a connect IQ app...

I can get everything to work with Explore but retrieving waypoints (saved locations) to my watch.
