How do I get HRV data in fit file

Hello.

I just bought a fenix5x plus. I have turned on Record HRV in the settings. But the fit files seems to not contain any HRV data. (Other tools like FirstBeat sports don't complain and refuse to analyze the FIT files)

Is this new fenix stuff or is there a way to turn that on?

Do you have a heart rate monitor on when doing the workout? Garmin will only provide HRV if the chest strap is on, it won't do it via the optical wrist sensor.
