Firmware 4.00 Release

My Fenix 5 plus updated to firmware 4.00 in the morning. I can't find the changelog yet.
(GPS, WIFI, Sensor Hub have same ver. as 3.56 Beta) ciq.forums.garmin.com/.../1387081.jpg

4.0 is showing up in GE for me (London, UK). sometimes some information on what's included in an update is shown in GE but unfortunately not for this version...
