Hi - is anyone else having this problem? I know I have used the "restart" hotkey in the last couple of weeks with a frozen watch but since I was having weird issues with Garmin Express I thought perhaps I should restart the watch too. I pushed the buttons and nothing. I thought that maybe I was using the wrong keys so I went to the settings and no, I was using the correct ones. so I change the buttons to see if that was it, no as well. The hot keys worked for everything else I had set - saving location, music, etc. but can't power off. I changed all my hotkey button combinations to all be "power off" and none of them let me power off the watch. I tried it from the regular clock face (garmin face), from an activity, and from a few widgets.
I can use the "power off" widget just fine and it powers it off. But it's important to be able to reset the device in case it freezes and I can't get to the widgets. Anyone else with this issue?
