Interval Data Screen missing?

Hi

Today I did one of my first interval trainings (runs) with the fenix 5+. From my earlier watch (735xt) I was expecting to have an 'Interval Data Screen' which displays remaining time/distance for the leg as well as pace, and actual and total number of repetitions. However I cannot find this anywhere. My suspicion is that the interval trainings I created with GC show up under "My workouts" on the watch, not under "Intervals". Is there any way to change this?

Thanks
  • What steps did you follow to record your run?
  • I started a running activity, went to Options, My Workouts, selected the Interval Session that I created in GC, and did "Do workout".
Under Options there's also an Interval submenu, but there's just a single (default?) workout there. When you start this, the 'right' data screen comes up indeed. It seems like there's an option to create more Intervals on the watch itself, which is cumbersome and does not offer all the options GC offers. Again, anything I have on GC and send to the watch seems to go to My Workouts, not Intervals.

Maybe I'm doing something wrong? I hope you or someone else has a solution to this!
  • I think sessions created on GC should end up under My Workouts - they do for me as well and they also did on my 735. I did an interval session created on GC for the first time today and the interval data screen showed up automatically
  • That‘s strange - I only get the info screen but not the countdown! Which I get for the trainings in Intervals.
