INTRO HOW LANGUAGE SETTINGS WORKS (incomplete info):
Nearly all language specific text strings are loaded from language specific files XXXX.LN3 from directory GARMIN\Texts\.
So when you connect your fenix 5 Plus to your PC, the Czech file is here:
\\This PC\fenix 5 Plus\Primary\GARMIN\Text\czech.ln3
When language is changed (from Settings\System\Language\<specific language list>), the system just loads all rows from this file and according to the numbers in the beginning of each row it use them for appropriate places in the device. This means if there is some row missing, the English text will be used instead (which especially is the case when the firmware has menu items which are not present in the language file).

HOW TO INSTALL FIXED/TUNED VERSION OF TRANSLATION:
- Connect your fenix to PC and backup your language file \This PC\fenix 5 Plus\Primary\GARMIN\Text\czech.ln3
- download the ZIP file: GarminFenix5Plus-czech.ln3.verX.XX-tuneXXX
- unzip the file with folder structure somewhere or you can use the file directly from the ZIP archive, if your system or program allow that.
- copy-replace the file \This PC\fenix 5 Plus\Primary\GARMIN\Text\czech.ln3 by the file from ZIP: ...\TUNED\czech.ln3
- disconnect your fenix from PC
- you do not need to reboot fenix, just change language to English and back to Czech (this loads the translation from the file)
- enjoy fixed/tuned translation
- if you do not like it, just replace the file by your backup you have made in the step (1).

NOTE - although there is firmware 3.53 available, the latest available version of language file <czech.ln3> is still v2.20 only (now 2018-07-30), so some menu items are missing in the file and they cannot be easily added by me, because I do not know the menu number and although it is possible to engineer that, I do not have enough time for such investigation, so will wait for official newer file.
Filename convention:
verX.XX = version of <czech.ln3> file,
tuneXXX = version of fix/tune.
