Had a similar problem with mine, would freeze during workouts+music. Had to delete the song that caused the freezing every time the song finished playing. Had another problem with a watch face too, after i've installed it, the watch would freeze from time to time. After I uninstalled it, everything went back to normal.
Jan502 The headphone of Sony Nws-ws610 are not on the Garmin compatible list of headphones, so we have not tested them yet nor have I been able to find those headphones in the office here for me to test.
If your fenix 5 Plus is still frozen like in the video, please press and hold the Power/Light Button for more than 30 seconds. That will force your device to turn off and then allow you to turn it on again like normal.

Dear Garmin Team, I press power button longer than 3 minutes. After when connect cable and reinstalled software it works and I already send mail to you and to Polish Garmin support at 21.07.2018, 22:30 And still waiting for answer , because this is not only one issue also very high hr after training and disconnect with hrm tri last time 222 but also sometimes 250 (hrm tri new 22 days)
