Incoming Call notification

Have a "Incoming Call" notification in my Notification widget that will not clear. Gives me the options as if the call in currently coming in. It's not.Options Accept, Decline, Reply. I powered watch off and on. Didn't clear. Any ideas?

Restarted phone and it cleared.

I've seen this too before. Same thing, had to restart the phone to get rid of it.
