Cannot sync walks

Looks like the watch creates damaged fit files... I cannost sync them or view them. When syncing via WIFI or Bluetooth, no problem is reported. When syncing via Garmin Express, I get a message saying that the file is corrupted and should be deleted by hand. Very dissapointing... Any idea on what is wrong?

I am using the latest production firmware 3.10.

complete reset helped. It would, however, be good if Garmin investigates how is this possible. I ended up with 3 useless FIT files. If it were not testing once, I would be really unhappy about it...

Can someone from Garmin let me know steps that would be taken to rectify this bug?
