sleep analysis indicates awake every day at the beginning of the night instead of indicating a light or deep sleep. How to correct this anomaly or correct the report?
In Garmin Connect Mobile tap the sleep tab to see the sleep view, and then from the context menu select "Edit". I don't remember the exact steps in Garmin Connect web, but there is also an "Edit" option in the sleep view.
I compared the Fenix 5 plus sleep analysis date with my Withings (Nokia) Aura sleep system. The results of the past 7 days are completely different - not even a slight correlation! Besides that this feature is not of much interest to me, i wonder, which device shows less bulls.t :rolleyes:
The analysis of sleep more and more wacky !!! At the beginning of the night, periods between 20 and 90 minutes of sleep designated as being awake, without any posibility to make a modification. The vivoactive HR was more representative of sleep periods.
i still do not understand why they can't reengineer the sleep analysis of fitbit. last night for example i wore my 5s plus on one, my ionic on the other wrist. the sleep analysis of my ionic is so much closer to reality as is my fenix. of course emotiionally the fenix is better because it always overestimates my real sleep and makes me happy the next day with the green hook ;-)
