Fenix 5 plus not recognized by strava

Hello,

I am a strava user, uploading the activities automatically works fine, but the watch ID does not appear for my fenix 5 plus.
I am not sure if this is because the uploaded file does not contain the watch info, or because the plus family is not in strava's database yet.
A side effect is that, as the watch is unknown, strava recalculates the elevation based on the GPS info, making it less precise...
Any thoughts ?

Same when the Fenix 5 first came out last year. It took a few weeks before Strava updated to recognise the the new device ID.

Strava recognised my F5+ on an activity for the first time last night, so looks like this is sorted :D
