Fast changing HR rates

Hi

i received today my Fenix 5 Plus Saphire Version in 47mm. I recognize very fast changing heart rates. For example from 61 to 80 or 96 to 61 and so on.
Or 65 to 74 to 63 to 68 to 71.
In comparing with my Apple watch 3 - it seems that rates are very similar if you looking longer on both watches, it ends in very similar results.
But on my Fenix 5 Plus - the steps between measurement are very big.
As well i have a Fenix 5S and did not see big HR steps.

Is that behaviour normal and depends it on faster watch now?
Update to 3.10 today was also done and rebooted the watch twice.

Can someone share results from HR please?

Or depends that in my thin wrist against the size of the Fenix Plus instead the 42mm Fenix 5S?

another example:
Went from one room to the next, HR raises from 71 to 110 very quickly. Then went to kitchen, check again, nearly 113 - checked same time my Apple Watch 3 - 79. Fenix 5 Plus went very fast from 110 to 95 to 79.
Those steps are very high.

But on Garmin App, i did not see those big steps! At 20.37PM there was no 113 heart rate for example.
So how that HR triggered all the on the watch?
