5 Plus vs Tactix Charlie

Hi, the myriad of Garmin models is mind blowing. I have been comparing the specification of the 5 Plus and th Charlie, and they seem identical, especially if the new beta provide Galileo support.

The the mapping is identical unless someone can correct me, and the models have both come out this year.

The Charlie I can get a bit cheaper than the 5 Plus, any thoughts before I make the brave step to part with my cash?

IMO the Garmin 5 Plus is almost a completely new watch (i.e. Fenix 6) compared to the previous iterations. The Charlie falls in that previous category. So you'd be missing:
- smaller size with 5 Plus (it really made a difference for me)
- Bluetooth music
