Set new/additional point of interest (eg restaurant) during activity?

It would be incredibly convenient if one could enter an intermediate goal during an activity.

Eg a restaurant during a hike, from the list of Points of Interest. Of course, the total activity should continue to be recorded. Is that possible?

I have already searched everything, but so far no success...
