Copy devices over from previous Fenix?

I know thanks to MTP I'd need a file transfer program, but is there any way to copy just my ANT+ devices I've paired on my previous 5x to my 5x+? I'm sick of having to relearn them all (and I've got a LOT of them).
I learnt from experience moving the Settings file from my 920 to my 935 that it causes more problems than it was worth. While the 5X and 5X+ might have similar heritage, I think you would be better off treating them as different devices and spend the time setting it up from scratch.
Yeah, I figured if they were stored in some broader settings file that it was a no-go. Would REALLY be nice if they would split these out at some point. It's not just pairing them all that's a pain, it's that if you MTB and use wheelspeed sensors, you really need to go do a nice road pull on each bike to calibrate the wheel size. Yes, I know I can manually enter that, but I've found measuring the actual rolling diameter of these fatter MTB tires that we run at lower pressures now to be not as accurate as a long straight road pull and the GPS.
