I am sorry you have the issue.
Please try the following:
- Delete the Connect Mobile APP off your smartphone.
- Remove your watch from your phone's Settings > Bluetooth.
- Reset your watch through the System > Reset menu back to defaults.
- Download the Connect APP again from your iOS APP or Google Play store.
- Bluetooth pair your watch directly through the Connect Mobile APP during the setup process after resetting it.
