Marks on the heartrate sensor

i just bought a new ASIA version of Enduro. When i get back home, i noticed some dots / blur marks on the face of the heartrate sensor. The sensor still works normally, but should i concern? or just keep using it?

It is always a good idea to return any newly opened watch back to the vendor if there is any physical damage seen on the watch.
