GPS Not Working on Garmin Enduro

I receently purchased a Garmin Enduro, the software is the current one (version 21.0), it dosent matter the activity I try to do, running or ridin my bike my watch wont get gps SIGNAL, I already turned the watch on and off and did a reset of it...

Any other tips?

    I am sorry there is an issue. With there being no GPS acquisition, there are a couple steps you can try to resolve it. Given your description, you may have already done all troubleshooting but if not, worth trying first before returning or warranty exchanging your watch.

    Please try the following:

    - Ensure you are fully updated using Garmin Express on your computer.

    - Master Reset: How to Reset My Garmin Outdoor Watch

    If no luck, please do not hesitate to return it back to the vendor for another new Enduro if within the return period or reach out to Outdoor Product Support in your region to have your Enduro warranty exchanged.
