how to remove the seconds hand?

to improve the battery life, how to remove the seconds hand?

we can do it for the digital watchface, what about the analog face?

The seconds hand cannot be removed from all watch faces. It can only be removed if listed as an option when you edit the watch face you are using as your default.

so the built-in analog watchface from garmin can't remove the seconds hand?
