Enduro gains 90 seconds when syncing with Android phone

My watch has the accurate time when synced to GPS. However it gains 90 seconds once it is synced with the Connect App on my Android Phone. The phone has the correct time and is Auto synced to the internet. Is anyone else experiencing this?

Curiously the time issue resolved it's self after about 7 - 10 days. The OS version on the watch looks to be the same, pre and post the issue. I'm not sure if Garmin patches can be rolled out without version updates?!
