SRAM QUARQ Power Meter and Eduro compatibility

Hi,

I was just about to buy a SRAM quarq power meter for my mountain bike then realized it is not an Enduro supported device.

Is this something that can potentially change with a firmware update someday ?

And can anyone confirm that this power meter will work if using the ANT+ Power Meter app on my Enduro ?

I do not want to spend 1200.00 on the meter to find it does not work well.

Confirmed the power meter i want works with Enduro from a friend with same set-up.

This Garmin page made it very confusing. It reads like the only Garmin products compatible with the SRAM quarq are edge devices and a forerunner.

I was able to find the compatibility on the ThisisANT website here.
