I've been a fenix 3 user and now enduro user for 5 years. Syncing has always worked fine. I've had my Enduro for 1 year and it synced fine up until about 2 months ago when every 4th or 5th activity would not sync and the activity is shown as greyed out on the watch in the last activity field. I waited for software 20.30 and installed but still the same. I did a full reset, no difference. I can run the .fit files through FIT File Tools https://www.fitfiletools.com/#/top and choose Section Remover and not actually remove any sections and then import into express perfectly. This was ok once or twice but now it is once per week. What the Hell Garmin, what is my Enduro doing to the .fit files and how can you fix it for me?
