Setup stuck on '6 of 7 completed'

I did a factory reset of my APAC Enduro and it won't get past this page. The watch syncs to Garmin Connect OK and everything is working properly except this setup page. I have even installed Connect IQ including an app from the store, configured some apps, nothing changes.

Were you able to get past what you have pictured? If not, do you know what is not syncing across? You can try clearing your Garmin Connect sync queue online.

No, couldn't get past the picture on the right. I've since removed Enduro device after I returned the watch to Garmin, to be diagnosed at Garmin Taiwan for recording too much elevation gain, Good tip for future reference if I ever come across this issue again.
