Optical HR

Anyone else notice issues with the optical HR sensor? I had a run in the rain where I did not use my chest strap and the HR was all over the place (this was before the new update). Yesterday after backcountry skiing optical HR was once again all over the place (after the software update).

There are countless posts throughout this forum discussing the limitations of WHR along with links to Garmin Support statements. Little point in reinventing the wheel when this has been extensively discussed…

There are countless posts throughout this forum discussing the limitations of WHR along with links to Garmin Support statements. Little point in reinventing the wheel when this has been extensively discussed and seriously, there is nothing else to add that has not already been discussed if you spend a short time looking through some of the posts in the sidebar to the right or from a search.
