Bluetooth Version 0.00 In my Enduro

Hi dears Friends!

I Am Happy with my Enduro, but today I can not connect with my Iphone. When I check The Bluetooh version is 0.00.

How can I change This?

I am sorry there is an issue with your watch.

Please try the following:

- Install and update your watch using Garmin Express on your computer.

After the update, check your Bluetooth software again. If it remains at 0.00, please reach out to your regional Product Support for an exchange.

The problem is that I am in Venezuela and I do not have a local supplier. I bought it from Amazon.
How do I do in this case?
