Can someone helt me fix my FIT file please? :)

Yes. Please attach it to your post:

Connect your Garmin device to your computer with the Garmin USB cable
Open the drive associated with your device.
Look for your FIT file by date under the \GARMIN\ACTIVITY folder
Zip the file, then in a reply post Insert >> Image/video/file >> Upload >> browse for file >> OK.
Alternatively, you can post a link to the file using a file sharing service, such as OneDrive, Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.
