Working as a Diving Instructor in Bali, Indonesia.
Somehow approx 1 year ago while diving a pin fell out of my titanium strap.
there was no Garmin centre ready to help with the repair so a friend of mine who was flying to Jakarta in order to meet with Garmin in regards to becoming their official representative here in Bali took the strap with him.
They didn't repair it they gave him a Stainless steel strap instead which lost a pin after just a few weeks use last september.
I have messaged Garmin numerous times, messaged their service centres here in Indonesia and never receive a reply.
The customer service in this particular case has been awful, if and when i have heard anything back its basically somebody telling me to go ask somebody else.
How do i fix my strap??? paid and arm and a leg for the thing, even just that it broke in the first place is a major disappointment.
my best guess would be to send it to service team in Jakarta but they wont even respond to my emails.
