The red at the top is you movement indicator. The first longer red bar means you haven't "moved" for an hour. It adds a smaller red bar for each 15 minutes after that.
The white line at the bottom is an indicator for your steps for the day versus your goal.
The dots on the side are the seconds of the time display - customisable.
