Depressing and holding the menu button (5) is not taking me to the settings page?

Whilst depressing the menu button (button 5) on my new MK1 it's not taking me to the settings screen. The button itself once pushed will take me to various other screen but does not respond to being held? Any ideas?

Try powering off and on again. It appears the button is working so a reset might fix it.

Otherwise, I recommend calling Garmin Support. You may have a faulty device.

Well as simple as that thought was, it actually worked. Once I powered down, it must've reset and all now is well. Thank you all for taking the time to answer my basic issue. Regards
