cannot add another sports profile. delete a profile and try again

What does this error message mean? Why do i have to delete a sports profile when there should be more than enough storage space available?

I only added one or two additional sports profiles..

the error message appeared when i tried to add another acticity on the watch ( add -> other)

I'm stuck on this too, did you ever get past this error? Mine has been stuck for a couple weeks now.

I just tried it again yesterday and it worked. I created two new profiles without any problems.

Not sure what fixed it. I just recently updated my MK1 to the newest version (10.40) so maybe that was the solution.

Thanks. Mine started working too after I deleted other copies. I'm pretty sure I had tried that before with no luck. It is really strange that a $1,000 watch can only have a few activity copies(I think I have about 10). One of the reasons I got this watch was so the hard drive would be bigger than I would need, I never would have guessed that they would restrict it like this. Thanks again!

I have the same problem, and not sure how to fix it.

Yeah, it's weird, hopefully they see it as a bug and something to be fixed. The only thing I found that worked is to delete the copies of activities that I wanted the least until it let me make new copies. I haven't nailed down exactly how many we are able to have.

Hi, I am stuck on this too, I deleted bunch of activities that I created before but I am still having the same error whenever I try to make another copy, what and where should I delete to get rid of that error?
