GPS waypoints

Hello

does anyone know how to backup all the gps waypoints? Or posibly a transfer to a hard drive or something? I’ve been doing it manually.. check each waypoint and saving the coordinates by hand.. it’s okey but is very time consuming

if anyone knows how to backup or something in case the watch goes wrong I can save the locations

You can do it easily by connecting the watch to a PC, in the garmin folder there is a Location folder, inside it you can find the Lctns.fit file containing all your saved waypoints. You can back it up wherever you want, you can import it in Basecamp and have easy access to all the waypoints on the map.

use the garmin explore app, it does exactly this and works really well.
