Brand New Mk1

Heart Rate Monitor reading between 65-85 even during work outs and dives. I performed a software update and restart. Not working properly. What do I do?

If you are still within the return period, I would either exchange it or return it. If you are outside of the return period, contact Garmin Tech Support and see about getting it replaced through them.
