Dear Garmin team and Comunity,
I know that in the version update thread on this forum mentions that the update will be done in stages, but after almost 1 month I am still on version 6.10. I had already tried to update using Garmin Express, Garmin Connect and Web Uploader to no success.
My device is running on specifically V6.10 (278fff1)
Is there anything that I might be missing? Any suggestion would be highly welcomed.

do you have an APAC version instead of ROW?
you can download the V8.00 firmware here and rename to GUPDATE.GCD
it will not install when you have an APAC version...no harm can be done by doing…
