Not only answering the problem in a timely manner (although slightly slower than usual) but admitting it was a bug and committing to fix it quickly. And this wasn't even raised in their own forum.

What you like is the transparency and communication from SW. Unfortunately, we’ll never get that with this watch being such a small chunk of business for Garmin.

I doubt any of their customers get that level of service no matter which device.

Shearwater admitting they have a bug, committing to fix it quickly, is pretty much SOP. That is why I ALWAYS recommend the Shearwater products to my students, and use a Perdix as my primary dive computer.
