I’m creating this topic because I’m trying to determine if this is an isolated set of incidents (with me) or if this is more wide spread. This mode is more so tailored towards DM’s and Instructors since we teach in confined water and would use this mode.
When you use “Pool Mode”, it acts like a normal dive but does not save as an activity (under its intended use). In this case though, all my pool modes save as an Activity AND cannot be deleted on the watch or the GARMIN/Sub Folders on the watch. Also, it states that my Depth on all my dives is 1 Million+ feet, my N2 is 65,000+, etc. I’m teaching in 8-12” of water at the pool.
If anyone has used this mode (Pool Mode), can you look at your Activities (on your watch) and see if this has happened to you and then post yea or nay?
I’ve been in contact with Garmin and have sent them my files a few weeks ago. I also re-installed 6.00 via Webupdater.
