CC diving mode

Hi all

My first post here,

Just updated to 6.00. Was always using MK1 for recreational OC dives but with CC mode it is likely changing for me. Few questions for someone who knows

1. How do you select default dive mode to kick in automatically once in the water without pre-selecting it on the surface? Mine always deafults to SINGLE GAS - can I change it to default to CC mode?

2. If I do the first dive with rebreather under CC mode and switch it to OC SINGLE GAS for the second dive, will MK1 carry over remaining tissues loads, CNS toxicity and OTU's from CC to OC mode and account them for NDL and deco calculations?

I can’t help with #2 but with #1, the dive mode will use whatever the last selected dive mode was as the default mode if it’s not set in advance. So I always selected SG as a backup because if Gauge is selected by accident and you do a dive, you’re stuck for 24hrs in that mode.

Thank you. Good point. Would it allow switch between CC / SG / MG between dives or it is locked in the same mode for 24 hours regardless?

I would expect so. It carries over between single and multi-gas modes and I'd be very surprised if it didn't carry over both ways with CC modes.

I regularly switch between SG and MG modes so I would not expect CC to be treated any differently.

The CC mode is new to us, too, so it's all speculation.

At my last CCR dive, I noticed that the information tts was making completely false informations
They were from 30 to 90
minutes and then back to 37 minutes
have you ever see that ?
