Single-Gas Dive Activity Disappeared

Have you tried going into the watch itself and adding the activity?

Just to expand on that last statement, here are the steps:

'Settings' -> 'Activities & Apps' -> 'Add' -> 'Single-Gas' -> Set as Favorite 'Yes' -> Move it up or down so it is placed in the list of activities where you want it -> 'Yes'

Yes I have, it is not in there or anywhere in the watch's file storage when I look through it while attached to the computer.

Long shot but try downloading Garmin Webupdater and reinstall the 4.00 software and any other files should it prompt you.

Also so suggesting this because I didn’t see you post it. It have you tried a hard reset (hold the light button for 15-20 seconds)?

I tried both and neither worked unfortunately. There doesn't appear to be a factory reset option either, just a reset settings and reset tissues. Any other ideas?

Unfortunately the only thing that I can suggest now is to call Garmin Support. If they can’t solve it over the phone, then they’ll have to send out a new one under warranty.

Can’t just someone upload the app file for him and he just copy it in his app folder on the device?

Yeah, the FIT files are in the “Sports” folder but nothing else. On other devices, is it an actual file? Are there widget files

On fenix 5x/+ there is an app folder in the Garmin folder. In this app folder you find hike, bike, etc. (I think in mk1, too). But I think the special dive apps are for the user hidden for safety reasons. The post starter is missing the whole app, I guess.
