For some reason I don't have an update available. I don't have access to a computer so how do I get it with the connect app? Never had an issue with the other software updates but I'm not receiving this one.

I managed to get it by persisting a lot - I still get the error in express, so I would alternate between synching with the the app, then plugging into the PC with express and synching there..... switch back and forth a few times, leave it plugged into the PC etc etc... eventually and randomly, as soon as I unplugged the MK1 from the PC I got the screen on the watch itself about upgrading. Don't ask me how.....
