Garmin Descent MK1 & DiveMate

For more than 6 months, I'am "harassing" team at DiveMate (https://www.divemate.de/) to include Descent MK1 in the Android and iOS versions of their APP for the dive analysis (https://play.google.com/store/apps/d...ek.divemateusb & https://itunes.apple.com/app/id902359157). Even more important is that this APP also allows to transfer all activities from DiveComputer directly to the Phone - via: cable, IR or BT - anywhere, anytime, without the access to the Internet.

Today they replied:
We have been in contact with Garmin but don't get support. Without this and a test device we cannot do anything. You may contact Garmin yourself expressing your wish that you want DiveMate to support the Descent Mk1. May be that helps.

So Garmin-Heath, will you mediate? Because it's a shame that DiveMate supports (almost) all DCs other than the Garmin Descent MK1?

I also had problems with not recognizing Descent MK1 on my smart phone, but I never had this problem with android tablets. That's why I tried a couple of things and found that my smartphone (via USB-OTG) recognizes Descent MK1 only when the phone is charged 90+ % and the Descent MK1 less than 40%.

That's a strange combination.
I have tried to copy the fit files and transfer them to the DiveMate folder on my phone but have had no luck that way either. Hopefully it's something that can be fixed as I really want to be able to transfer dives without always having to be somewhere with cell service. As soon as I as I plug in the descent to my phone it opens DiveMate automatically but just won't recognize any fees on it.
When it opens it says that any dives transfered to the connect app via Bluetooth are not available anymore. Is that just the ability to transfer via Bluetooth to DiveMate and are they still available to transfer via the fit files? Or are all the dives transfered to connect not able to be uploaded to DiveMate at all?
